What will you be doing?
You will assist and advise customers by phone, email, and chat.
You will maintain daily contact with carriers and warehouses and work together to solve problems.
You will proactively contribute ideas about process improvements and customer satisfaction.
You will work in a committed and open team where new ideas are welcome.
You will work mainly from home; we will meet periodically in Weert or at another location.
This is you
You have experience in customer service.
You speak and write Dutch, English, and German well.
You have an affinity and experience with e-commerce, logistics, and/or transport.
You think in terms of solutions and like to get things right the first time.
You work independently, are customer-focused, and communicate clearly.
You have at least an MBO diploma.
You are available to work periodically at our location in Weert to process returns.
