Product Marketing Manager

As a growing scale-up, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us increase our impact and accelerate our (international) growth. About the role

As the Product Marketing Manager, you are the linking pin between product development, marketing and sales. You translate customer insights and market trends into propositions and ensure our solutions reach the right target audience. You work closely with product owners, sales, customer support, and members of the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and achieve great results.

What are your main responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.

  • Position the product portfolio of Paazl and Wuunder as one coherent and integrated offering in the market in the near future.

  • Project Management: Work closely with the Product, Sales and Service teams to create a well-aligned marketing and sales approach.

  • Market Strategy: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitors; translate insights into distinctive propositions.

  • Set, achieve, and report on measurable KPIs, such as product adoption, lead generation, conversion rates and revenue growth.

  • Sales Enablement: Create sales enablement materials (presentations, demos, customer cases) and train the sales team.

  • Storytelling: Deeply understand our products both technically and substantively and translate technical specifications into clear, customer-focused communication.

  • Identify and leverage opportunities for strategic partnerships and thought leadership in our category: e-commerce and logistics.

The perfect candidate

  • Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.

  • Has at least 4 years of work experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a Product (Marketing) Manager, preferably within SaaS, logistics or e-commerce.

  • Proven experience in developing go-to-market strategies and working with KPIs.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market and customer data.

  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.

  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented and proactive.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a connector between teams.

  • Creative in identifying new marketing opportunities and telling a distinctive story.

  • Flexible, independent and used to working in a fast-changing environment.

  • A salary between €4,000 and €5,500 per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.
